We had a fantastic time at this charming agritourism property near San Gimignano. The rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and the views of Tuscany from the bathroom windows were breathtaking. The staff, especially Barbara, were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us, even with language barriers. The free bikes and relaxing pool were an added bonus.

The breakfast option could be improved with a wider variety of fresh bread options, instead of mainly squishy bread.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful villa in Tuscany. The location was perfect, surrounded by green fields and breathtaking nature. The villa was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. We loved cooking Italian meals and enjoying them on the ground balcony with views of the fields. The big pool was a great place to relax, and we even took advantage of the bicycles for a ride. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. we had a fantastic experience and can't wait to return.

The rooms and beds were comfortable and spotlessly clean. I was pleasantly surprised when the owner noticed it was my birthday and gifted me a bottle of wine. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding towns and cities. The fully equipped kitchen in our Silvia house was a game-changer for us foodies. Outdoor dining options in both the front and back of the house ensured ultimate privacy. The pool was a hit with the children, and Mom and Dad enjoyed sipping on delicious local wines. The service was excellent, and the staff came to our rescue when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The gardens and views were stunning, adding to the overall charm. We even got a tour of the wine-making process! The availability of toys and laundry facilities was a bonus. BBQ facilities and free parking were convenient additions. With the array of activities like aerobics, hiking, fishing, and horseback riding available, there was always something exciting to do. The outdoor dining area was perfect for enjoying meals in the beautiful surroundings. The welcome drink and the comfort of sun loungers and beach umbrellas were unbeatable. The play area and playpen kept the children entertained, while the availability of cots made traveling with little ones hassle-free. The wheelchair access was a thoughtful inclusion. The seasonal outdoor pool was refreshing, and the on-site security ensured our peace of mind. And finally, no smoking on site ensured a clean and healthy environment. I absolutely loved my stay here and didn't want to leave.

Perfect for a romantic escape with amenities like a pool, outdoor dining, and a children's play area. I keep coming back and have no regrets.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a complimentary bottle of wine and a basket of food waiting for us on the first night. Although it was too chilly to use the pool in April, I can imagine it would be a fantastic feature during the summer. This venue proved to be an excellent base for exploring San Gimignano and hiking in the beautiful surrounding countryside.

The guestrooms at Agriturismo Macinatico are simply amazing! I felt like I was sleeping in a cloud with the premium bedding. The room had a cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. Plus, the free WiFi was a huge bonus for keeping in touch with my loved ones.

Personally, I found the bidet in the private bathroom a bit unnecessary. But hey, that's just my opinion!

We stayed in a beautiful farmhouse with four rooms, each with its own bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. The location was perfect, close to Certaldo, San Gimignano, Siena, and Florence, making it easy to explore the area. The apartment had three large bedrooms and bathrooms, a spacious living area, and a well-stocked kitchen. The host was friendly and available at all times. The facilities were great, including free use of washing machines, a play park, and a good-sized swimming pool.

The only negative aspect was that there was only one dryer in the laundry facilities, which caused some inconvenience.

Lovely and safe grounds for kids to play, friendly welcome, clean accommodation, comfortable and homey atmosphere, mosquito nets on all windows. Would recommend to friends and family.

Stunning views, modern and clean rooms, well-equipped kitchen, convenient amenities for children, excellent laundry facilities, perfect pool area with great furniture.
